Graphic Designer

We don’t ask for much. Just someone who can create smart, beautiful, impactful design across every possible medium. Who’s as curious and conceptual as creative. Who can run with scissors and play well with others. You’ll be the #2 to our Exec Creative Director/Founder so we need someone who can take up the mantle when needed and comfortably take direction when not.

What's Needed

Offer inspiring, out-of-the-box conceptual thinking that aligns design with clients’ business and brand objectives.
Collaborate with the full creative team in executing those ideas consistently across all brand messaging.
Develop and refine branded design elements from concept to prepress to production: digital, print, outdoor, social, collateral and in-store.
Build and document a brand’s visual language and stylistic rules: color palette, logo-wordmark, font, etc.
Create conceptual layouts (color, typography, photo selection, etc.) faithful to established brand guidelines and principles.
Stay on top of timing, budget and integrity of deliverables across multiple projects and platforms.
Take on, or direct, print production tasks, including file downloads, Photoshop, and more.

What We look for

An exceptional portfolio: solid conceptual, color and layout skills, as well as systems thinking, across static, dynamic and interactive media.
3-5 years’ experience in a design or branding agency or studio, including prepress and production work.
An undergrad degree in graphic design or similar.
Proficiency in: Google suites, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with an emphasis on typography and drawing.
And the big-ticket qualities: entrepreneurial but collaborative; detail-oriented and organized; and able to hit deadlines while still doing your best work.
