Lolli & Pops
Our Approach Why shop at Lolli & Pops when there are so many stores to buy sweets and candy? Our challenge was to engage the customer in new ways by telling better stories about the brand, the products and the experience within the confines of a retails space.
The Challenge Working with the merchants and operations teams, we developed a new merchandising plan and graphics package. We applied a new concept and re-merchandised two test stores to demonstrate our ideas and measure results, with an eye to rolling the new plan out to the larger chain.
