We wanted to make every visitor feel literally like a kid in a candy store. Which meant making the product the star. Working closely with their in-house teams, we reimagined where and how products were promoted in-store. Signage went from purely directional to wholly delightful. Mouth-watering, even. The biggest sellers took center stage, and holidays became in-store occasions. Executing in two test stores, the results were undeniable—foot traffic, sales and satisfaction all saw a sugar high.
