The Black Artists + Designers Guild (BADG) posed a critical question: ‘How can we empower one million Black families?’ In their visionary quest to redefine the aspirations of Black families for 2025 through virtual exploration, we established the visual architecture for Obsidian, rooted in the firm conviction that Black futures must embody equity, sustainability, and liberation.
